From: AAA@SU-AI.ARPA Is there a utility like the Unix "make" available on VMS? The Unipress Emacs documentation implies that there is something called MMS under DCL which does similar things but our system and the manuals don't seem to have it. Is this a special unbundled or non-DEC item? Thanks.

It does what make does, plus some extensions for VMS: It can handle CMS libraries, object libraries, text libraries, etc. It also works very well with VMS command symbols. I find it indispensible for working on large projects. <_Jym_>
