an inexpensive (preferably no cost) spread-sheet for usage on the
VAX for a Software Engineering course he's teaching. It only needs
to do the simpler operations...nothing fancy.

If you have not used the DECUS Library, call for information in Marlboro, Mass. They will send you a catalog of all the software offered by the DECUS library.
