I'm looking for a circuit or product that can take NTSC composite video in (from the VCR, say) and outputs RGB with sync. I can accommodate lots of sync styles but I've got to have RGB because I want this to be a no problems circuit to help me do the following: watch TV on the RGB monitor digitize pictures with my CS project (requires RGB in) Any help, pointers, circuits, companies, etc. would be appreciated. Three people responded right away (Thanks!) but all mentioned expansion boards for PCs or Macs... I need either a circuit (chip set would be nice, I have found what look like most of the pieces but there are still some missing) or a standalone box that gives me analog RGB out because I do not plan to use this thing with my computer, just with the monitor for TV viewing AND with a CS project that has to operate on its own.
