The professor of the DSP class I'm taking has used a set of routines residing on UT-Austin's CDC Cybers for many years. This library does "everything you ever wanted to do" in signal processing. The routines are written in FORTRAN. Since the Cybers are about to be shut down, he is looking for a substitute for these routines, collectively referred to as the "Unified Numerical Analysis Library." The library is apparently public domain with contributions from sights around the world. The source is available, so at the very least the code can be transferred to another computer and recompiled. The prof and I are wondering if this library is available in C or PASCAL. If so, is it at some ftp'able location?
