[comp.dsp] I need an integer multi-rate polyphase filter routine

I need to demodulate a chunk of a 20 kHz signal sampled at 50kHz down
to baseband and then low-pass and decimate it to a variety of user
selected bandwidths.  Does anyone have a multi-rate filter that they
would give me???
