Anybody out there ever heard of RELP? It stands for Residually Excited Linear Predictive coding, I think. It's a voice encoding algorithm that produces 9600 bps code. If this rings a bell, please send e-mail and I'll summarize if I get anything. -- J. Porter Clark jpc@avdms8.msfc.nasa.gov
