Hiya all, For my Senior Design project I am working on Active Sound Attenuation. I am using a NeXT as my spectrum analyzer, which is where my question lies. I would like to analyze the line out of a sterio amplifier. What do I need to do to safely get that signal into the mic input of the NeXT? I have tried two different methods. One was running it straight in; all I got was static (well, actually a hummmmm), I also tried a capacitor and resistor setup with the cap on the NeXT side of the resistor. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have no idea on what the rating of the mic in on the NeXT is, but the line out on the sterio seems to be about 1.5V. Any and all suggestion appreciated, Alex _____ _____ ____ _____ _____ _____ |_____} | | |____| |____ | |_____| |___ | |_____| | \ _____| |_____ | | |_____ Alexander A.
