I have a strange sort of question. Here is my setup: IBM PS/2 Model 70 AIX-PS/2 1.1.0 (Updates, 1001, 1002, 1034 mostly applied :-) ) Daystar AppleTalk Card AppleLaser II NTX DOS Merge I can get the printer to work find from DOS but not from DOS Merge. I was reading through the DOS Merge book and it said something to the extent of "If you need to change the STACKS parameter, you must first build a new DOS image" It then went on to explain about what the heck a DOS image was. My question is this. If I make a DOS system diskette with the proper CONFIG.SYS with the Daystar device drivers and I make a new image will my device driver be available to DOS Merge? (Before any of you say, well put it in your DOS Merge Config.SYS, BZZZT Wrong answer, it errors out when AIX/DOS Merge trys to load it because AIX doesn't know about the card.) Any thoughts or imaginative suggestions on this one. Thanks in advance and please respond by e-mail, our news feed is rather flaky these days. I'll post a followup if I get enough responses.
