Does anyone out there know if the tcsh shell exists for aix/386. This shell has command line editing, name completion, better prompt setup, and a lot of other useful features. I use this shell in sun-os and in Ultrix, and I really lack its features in aix. many thanks in advance Mats Lejon, Phys. Dept. 3A Chalmers univ. tech. Gothenburg, Sweden

We've got it running here at Project Athena. Be sure to catch the previously mentioned setpgrp() problem in its job control support. You want to call setpgid() instead, which is the equivalent of the BSD setpgrp(). -- Steve Dyer dyer@ursa-major.spdcc.com aka {ima,harvard,rayssd,linus,m2c}!spdcc!dyer dyer@arktouros.mit.edu, dyer@hstbme.mit.edu
