Symbol strcat in emacs is undefined
Symbol locp in emacs is undefined
Symbol strncpy in emacs is undefined
Symbol strcmp in emacs is undefined
Symbol strncat in emacs is undefined

The binary was compiled on an early pre-release version of AIX 3. Some
header file and shared library changes during the development process
required everything to be re-made. I'm sure this won't happen again
now that the system is at the ship level, but it did happen twice during
the pre-release process.
