Hi -- Has anyone ever ported amd, the automount daemon recently posted to comp.sources.unix, to an RS6000 platform? (Or does AIX have an automounter hidden away that I don't know about yet?) -- R. The amd available from usc.edu works fine on the RS6K. Jan-Simon got it working a while back, and we haven't had problems with it. AIX 3.1 includes Sun's automounter, although I'm not sure which version it is. Bill Moran
