pturner@ese.ese.ogi.edu (Paul Turner) (10/10/90)

Is there any way to speed up the keyboard repeat rate on an RS6000?
We have 320s w AIX 3.1 w 3001 update.

I believe the command you want is:

  chhwkbd -r <repeat rate>

This command only works from the high function terminal.

Use the "chhwkbd" command with the -r option for repeat rate and/or the
-d option for delay. You can also do this with SMIT. This is under
Devices, HFT, Keyboard
