From: Richard B. Gopstein <GOPSTEIN@RUTGERS.ARPA> Does anyone know of a program to read 8 inch CP/M floppies on a VAX/VMS system? There was one program on one of the DECUS tapes that was written for UNIX; did anyone modify that to run under VMS? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Rich -------

From: Dave Goodall <goodall%admin.okanagan.bcc.cdn%ubc.csnet@csnet-relay.arpa> There is a product called "The Bridge" which does full CP/M emmulation on a VAX, including reading CP/M disks on an RX01 or RX02. It is available from: Virtual Microsystems 2150 Shattuck Ave. Berkley, CA 94704 (415) 841-9594 Dave Goodall Okanagan College Kelowna, BC, Canada

From: WOHL@TL-20B.ARPA I wrote a unix utility a few years ago for reading/writing cpm floppies under unix. Someone did the mods for running under VMS. The files are on host CMU-CS-C files PS:<WOHL>CPMUTL.*. If anyone uses it under VMS let me know how it works out. Aaron -------
