From: Robert Young <wb%kansas-state.csnet@csnet-relay.arpa> Our 11/780 is stopping several times a day with the CPU CLK STOP message with various CS addresses and CPT0/T1 states. I haven't been able to find any information in the hardware manuals on conditions that would cause this. A SHOW command shows BUS STEP mode, which I assume is being set internally due to some error condition. Can someone tell me what can cause this to happen and what we should tell GE (who has our maintenance contract) so they can fix it? Please reply by mail. Thanks.
