I have been able to send problems/bugs to the AIX Support Center via Internet for a few months now. Sometimes the AIX support specialists call back before I get reply mail with the PMR number. Below are the instructions on how to get set up. To get the AIX Service Package, just send a simple note (blank E-mail is fine) to: aixbugs%aixserv@uunet.UU.NET. aixbugs will reply to your note with the Package. Let me know if you have any problems... -Jerome AIX Support Center jerome%aixserv@uunet.UU.NET
