Of course this is unofficial, so if you're asking for an "official" IBM response to a technical question I have no idea how you'd go about it. Talk to your overworked CE/SE, I guess. As an aside, are they really that overworked? Does this mean something is wrong, or is it just the adjustment to a new system? I'm curious.
