We were able to get SNA services/6000 sort of talking over a 3270 host connection. With just an attachment running (no LU's yet), the system will do an ACTPU and exchange RR's for a while, but suddenly the attachment goes down (and stops answering SNRM's or RR's) and gives the message "FRAME REJECT RECEIVED: INVALID N(R) SENT". A look on the datascope shows a frame reject, but it was sent by the RS/6000, not received by it. Anybody have any ideas what might be going on? Does anyone else have good or bad experiences to report about SNA Services? -- Ed Ravin | Even if I could think of a profound, witty, insightful cmcl2!panix!eravin | quote to put here, who would bother reading it? philabs!trintex!elr |
