[comp.unix.aix] Keyboard rate on Xstations / info & xrdb

Is there anyway to speed up the keyboard repeat rate on an Xstation 120?

And BTW, what is the file in which Info executes an xrdb instead of
xmodmap?  I can't seem to find it.
