[comp.unix.aix] parallel port in R/6000

I've received some barcode printing software that works fine with Okidata
printers on all my other unix systems, but when I try to use it on my R/6000
on the parallel port, the graphics portion doesn't print at all. When I go
hot to the device nothing prints, and when I go through the lp spooler it
only prints spaces. Has anyone seen this before?
