[comp.unix.aix] How to TELNET from RS/6000 with flow control OFF?

When using telnet from an RS/6000, how can I switch off flow control?
Specifically, I want to be able to use the C-S key on the remote computer,
but I can't work out any options to the telnet command that allow me to do
this.
