A colleague of mine is in the throes of developing an X-application and has hit against a problem that he has him (and most certainly everyone else) completely stumped. He's using X11 R3, and the problem is as follows. The application is being developed with X toolkit and he's using four Athena dialog boxes, which he's implemented in a similar fashion to that described on pages 72-74 of the Xt Intrinsics Manual. When he pops up some of these boxes more than once he can't edit any text in the child text widget. What's he doing wrong, if anything? We'd all be grateful for any solutions! Sorry if this problem is an old chestnut, but I don't regularly subscribe to this newsgroup. -- Automatic Disclaimer: The views expressed above are those of the author alone and may not represent the views of the IBM PC User Group. -- This message was written, produced and executively directed by David Jones Email: davjon@ibmpcug.CO.UK | JANET: d-jones@nimr.mrc.ac.uk Path: ...!ukc!slxsys!ibmpcug!davjon | Disclaimer: STANDARD > KEYWORDS : OPINIONS MY OWN NOBODY ELSE'S WHATSOEVER
