Mention was made of a Post Mortem debugging facility. On larger (or not so larger) system it is common for the OS to provide a 'core dump' or similar when either the application or computer crashes. Especially when trying to debug programs that use pseudo-multitasking, I have often wished for this facility on the PC. Does anyone know of such a facility (in ROM perhaps) that will dump the processor state and memory to a disk file for later analysis?
