The CLEXTRACT on the decus tapes was written by me to unparse dcltables
into CLD files. It was written for version 3.x and will not work for
version 4.x. The format of the dcltables has been expanded to include
new features. Consequently, CLEXTRACT must be updated to deal with this
format change. I have not updated it for version 4 and have no plans to
do so. I don't know of anyone else who has done it.

From: W._Michael_Terenyi%QZCOM.MAILNET@MIT-MULTICS.ARPA DEC has turned CLEXTRACT into an internal software product. During a stay at the DEC education center in Zurich (Switzerland) I have seen it runnig under VMS V4.1. It is implemented with the additinal DCL-command "SHOW COMMAND verb". Using it on several DCL-verbs it revealed some undocumented qualifiers. With a little pressure on your DEC representative you should be able to get this program. Michael

Argh!! You mean, I just spent an entire weekend writing
the 4.n version of CLEX and DEC has a version of it already?
But.... But I spent the whole weekend... Well, I'm going to give it
our local lug anyway, if anyone wants a copy they should be able to
get it through SEALUG librarian :

Cheers. guess I'll have to treck over to DEC and get a copy of theirs now.
ps. anybody looking for a VMS type? If you're looking for VMS consulant,
system manager, or internals programmer, I could be your guy. I'll be
happy to trade a resume for a job description.
