To map a CLI in a detached process, create a command file and issue a
command similar to the following:
$ Run/UIC=[x,y]/Input=<your-command-file>/Output=<your-log-file> SYS$SYSTEM:LOGINOUT
LOGINOUT will run, map a CLI (the default from your profile in SYSUAF) and
the CLI will start executing commands from your command file.
