From: Kevin Carosso <engvax!KVC@cit-vax> I think what the RMS book may be saying is that full read/write file sharing (with both multiple readers and multiple writers) is not supported with sequential files that are not fixed length, 512 byte records. The manual may be unclear in this regard, but I think normal sequential files that you open with shared access are allowed multiple readers, but only one writer since full record locking is not being used...
