Waterloo-BSD groups.c used undocumented %r (recurse?) conversion
character in printfs, which Sun's libc does not support.  Fixed
& installed on Math.

UCB source rolled back to stock.

Removed the lines

	When a new file is created it is given
	the group of the containing directory.

Neither relevant nor necessarily correct for all systems
