ftp package incl. ftp, ftpd, & bftp distributed to & installed on math msg cgl crocus and orchid. ftp home directory preener and passwd file regenerator won't reschedule itself properly on suns yet due to an (apparent) bug in SunOS 4.0 "at", but that using "at" is just a hack until we work out the cron job scheduler thing anyway.
