[uw.mfcf.software] Printcap changes for the vlsi <-> vlsi0 swap

Moved vlsi0 to the 'old' subtree and vlsi to the 'new'.  Moved
vp80_vlsi to vlsi0.  Also changed the 'ra' entry in vp80_vlsi to
match the one on vlsi0.  Printcap for vlsi, vlsi0 and ccng (which
uses vp80_vlsi) were remade and distributed.
