at Jim's request, as apparently vlsi is out of inodes
on the relevant file system.

commented out the two watvlsi entries in Maytag's /usr/lib/news/sys
(and did s/watvlsi/vlsi/).
and did:
    cd /usr/spool/batchnews
    mkdir Delayed
    mv *watvlsi* Delayed
