Targets files no longer need to have "/software/xhier/data/hosts/software" in them (it's redundant). Haven't fixed all the Targets files yet. xh-rdist-defn deletes leading and trailing white space from host names. Moved xh-merge-lists & xh-rdist-defn from xhier/maintenance to xhier/servers.
