It is used by vmsinstal for building Fortran libraries. _H* ------- SDL stands for something like "Structure Definition Language". It is used to define various system data structures in a language-independent way. The SDL compiler takes such definitions as input and builds equivalent definitions in a variety of languages, FORTRAN included. The only description of SDL I know of is in the VMS Internals book. -- Jerry ------- ------
