[uw.mfcf.software] deleted extra hosts from orchid's xhier/data/hosts/software

Bryce, provost and needles2 taken out of /software/xhier/data/hosts/software.
They are "allowed" hosts.  Software should not be distributed to them unless
the Targets file explicitly say so.
