soc.culture.taiwan.

Below is a list of addresses to whom the mail I sent to acknowledge
receiving a vote bounced. If you did not receive an acknowledgement
after your vote and your address does not appear here, please send

HOW TO VOTE:
------------

Send a mail to

            lko@math.rutgers.edu  ,

state unambiguously that you vote YES or NO to creating 
"soc.culture.taiwan"  as proposed.

- Do not post votes; posted votes will not be counted. 
- No proxies are allowed nor transfer of votes.
- You can only vote once. 
- All voters will receive a reply as an acknowledgement that 
  the vote has been registered. 


DEADLINE:
---------

The voting period ends *** August 28 ***. Any vote received after
the date will not be counted.

After August 28, the results will be posted in news.groups; the e-mail
address (and name, if avalable) of each voter will be posted therein.

To create soc.culture.taiwan, 100 more YES votes then NO votes are 
required.


This message will be posted one more time around August 20.
