This is the last call for votes on the creation of
soc.culture.taiwan.

after your vote and your address does not appear here, please send

HOW TO VOTE:

state unambiguously that you vote YES or NO to creating
"soc.culture.taiwan" as proposed. (** Please make sure that the
name "soc.culture.taiwan" is contained somewhere in your mail.)
- Do not post votes; posted votes will not be counted.
- No proxies are allowed nor transfer of votes.
- You can only vote once.
- All voters will receive a reply as an acknowledgement that
the vote has been registered.
DEADLINE:

The voting period ends *** August 28 ***. Any vote received after
the date will not be counted.
After August 28, the results will be posted in news.groups; the e-mail
address (and name, if avalable) of each voter will be posted therein.
To create soc.culture.taiwan, 100 more YES votes then NO votes are
required.
