In the preliminary discussion, the only negative indication was that dwb sounds like "dweeb." The purpose of comp.text.dwb is a forum for those interested in the tools packaged in the Documenter's Workbench (registered trademark of Unix Systems Laboratories), specifically: troff, nroff, eqn, tbl, grap, pic and picasso. It is also the appropriate place to discuss various lookalikes and copycats (groff, etc). This would free up comp.text for generic questions. If you would kindly include the word YES or NO in the header (subject:) of your reply it would simplify the vote counting.
