Greetings... I've found the following problem when using telnet under RISC/os 4.0: When you mistype your password and get the ensuing 'login incorrect' response you are left in no-echo and no-nl mode for the next login prompt. I reproduced this several times by running telnet from the console to rule out interactions from using another system's telnet. A related problem is that when telnetting from a Sun machine (SUNos 3.5), typing Control-C at the shell on the Mips machine causes the RISC/os telnet to go in a infinite loop writing out nulls (verified by turning on the debug option on the telnet on the Sun). You then have to drop your connection to recover. Has anyone experienced similar problems?
