I think this is probably an easy question, but I'm not sure where to look for the answer. At least, I haven't found it yet. The accounting file /usr/adm/acct holds process accounting records. However, when it reaches a size of 2560000 bytes, accounting stops until I run sa -s. Since I run a lot of nntpsends (i.e., each minute, to several other systems), /usr/adm/acct reaches that size *daily*, so I lose information. How do I lift the size limit, or remove the limit entirely? Paul DuBois dubois@primate.wisc.edu
