[net.followup] posting several copies of same article

People,
     Must  we post hundreds of copies of the same article on the network, that  are all from the same person!?
I constantly find more  article on the same subject from the same person, that are exactly the same; I call that  a waste of my & other peoples time and the facilities resources.   Besides,it is blatently redundent!!
