We have MIPS software support for our M/120 and have found it wanting. I reported a problem with the serial ports (duarts) some time ago. The problem causes the system to hang. I was told there was a fix and that a patch release would be shipped. I waited over a month and nothing showed up. I called and the trouble ticket had been closed. I left a message for the person I had talked to and asked him to call me back. He never did. I sent him email and he never answered. I have since solved the serial port problem (I don't use them). But wonder what kind of experience others have had. Is there an email support address? Does it work any better than the "Hot Line"?
