Looking at libc.a with nm and running strings on dial.o seems to indicate that 4.50 comes with a HDB (aka BNU) dialing routine that understands Dialers, Systems and suchlike. We'd dearly love to clean-up our local communications suite by getting all our programs to use the same data files for dialing. Can anyone provide us with an up-to-date dial man page?
