[comp.sys.mips] INfo needed on experience with MIPS development tools

I am looking for some stories realting the epxperiance people
have had with MIPS systems and thier development tools. We are currently
looking at several differnent systems, but we have no real experience 
with the MIPS tool set. Please send replys via e-mail and I will summarise
