[comp.sys.mips] kermit

bobb@netcom.UUCP (Bob Beaulieu) (12/24/90)

Is there anyone out there that has kermit for a m/120? We are at 4.51 and
really need kermit to interface with another system.

I have the source for a PLEXUS P/60 and am not able to successfully port it
to a dual universe system. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
bobb

If you reinstall the "uucp" subpackage from your 4.51 release tapes, you
will find a kermit executable in /usr/new. You may do the reinstallation
as if you were installing a layered package using /usr/pkg/bin/inst; say
"n" to all subpackage prompts other than "uucp".
