[comp.sys.mips] Editors & other s/w

We have just started getting news feeds and I'm not sure if this is the right
group to send to but here goes...

Does anyone know of any PD editors to replace vi (not EMACS)? Also do you
know of any PD data capture software (with verification) that is available
for Unix or Dos?

We have a CDC 4380 (Mips).
