[comp.sys.mips] correct time with mail

	I know there was a post about this recently, but I seem to have lost
it.  How do I get mail to realize that my machine is on EST, not PST, on
the headers it puts on messages.

	All of my other timezone stuff seems to be working OK, /etc/TIMEZONE
and zic have been set appropriately.
