Is there an equivilent keyboard sequence to the Sun "L1-A" sequence to bring a Mips down to the monitor level? If not, then what would you do with a hung machine? (other than cycling the power.) I have a RS2030, btw. thanks, -- Allan Bailey fab9452@jupiter.tamu.edu System Administrator/Graphics Programmer Texas A&M University Supercomputer Center

Cntrl-Alt-Del but it's rather violent powerdown. Use only if anything else fails. -- ___________________________________________________________________ Zdenko Tomasic, Rice U., Chem. Dept., P.O. Instead of just dropping you to the prom, from which you can resume if you want, it does (I think) the same as doing 'init' at the prom prompt. At least you don't have to cycle power on a hang.
