I asked a friend of mine inside DEC to see what information he could find out about the Math RTL problems that had been stated on this list. What he was able to tell me was that there is a problem with the RTL distributed with VMS V4.2, but that the VMS PASCAL V3.0 version was OK. Since I had to reinstall PASCAL V3.0 after the VMS 4.2 upgrade anyway my problem had been fixed without my ever knowning about it. - Eric R. He did suggest for systems that do not have PASCAL V3.0 that they should contact their local DEC office and see about getting a fix for it. Apparently the problem is known about deep within the walls of DEC. -------
