When I run rn, the program frequently says "Checking for new newsgroups", or something like that. At times it checks for newsgroups for a LOOONG time. How can I get around this process and start looking at the news right away? The last time it checked for new newsgroups, it took 12 minutes! -- Norm (strong@tc.fluke.com)
