I have a link with uunet and have obtained the source code from them. I would like to know the following: 1. The localize.sun available in the source code I received (version 2.11 ), is meant for sun3 and sun4. Will it work for my system?. If not, what changes do I need to make. What changes do I need to make on the MAKEFILE AND DEFS.H? 2. What is the Ideal directory structure for the software ? 3. Do I need to create a specific ID on my system called "news" ? 4. I have only 91 Mb. So I would like to subscribe to very few groups. How do I make this selection? 5. Is there a way I can look at the topics every day in all the groups without actually loading them on to my system and then selectively get the ones that interest me ? 6. I would like to minimize my connect time and charges. I have a Telebit trail blazer modem and I use the Fast connect at 19200 baud.
