I was going to do this by email, but then I thought that there are probably others out there that could use this information - so I'm posting it. There exist several local newsgroups specifically for test messages. For example, from the UK, I can access uk.test (UK distribution only), or eunet.test (Europe only). I guess that you probably have na.test (North America), and <your state>.test. I also have local.test which doesn't leave my organisation. These provide you with the means to test things like .sigs at minimal cost to the net (post to local.test), or test coverage by posting to a group which won't annoy others. I realise that many people are probably unaware of the existence of these groups - so I am NOT flaming you - I just thought you might like to know. Oh, and as for all of you who were about to start flaming - if it's not too late - *PLEASE* don't bother.
