Our group will be looking for add-on memory for our VAX11/780 come next year. I just got a quote from DEC for 4MB at $19K. I recall someone recently posted espousing the wonderful pricing of Natl. Semi. memory cards. The obvious question is... Is their memory good? How are their maintenance services (from experience, not advertisement)?
